The modify-existing-toml test involves multiple delegation round-trips (planner → definition-writer → expert-tester) that can exceed 5 minutes in CI. Increase timeout from 300s to 420s. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
